Activ Zone are a community hub space based in Leeds that provide space for charity clubs and sports clubs.

Bite The Ballot logo

 

Bite the Ballot engage with marginalised young people and get them interested in politics through on and offline means.  In February 2015 they coordinated a record-breaking voter registration drive resulting in over 400,000 voter registrations.

Breathe Arts Health Research is a social enterprise that spun out of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity in 2012.  They design creative approaches to healthcare that improve outcomes for patients and staff.

 

Change Please Logo

Change Please train and employ homeless and vulnerably housed people who manage their own coffee carts.  They also provide a ‘wrap-around service’ which enables those who work with them gain assistance with housing.

The Employability Trust are a factory that deliver contracts for industrial companies and provides on job training to local young people in the form of a 12 week programme.

EPIC Risk Management provide a thorough review of the work force within a specific company to identify issues with gambling. It then provides solution to mitigate these circumstances, so allowing corporate companies to complete their duty of care.

Genie in the Gutter is a charity which was established in 2008.  It is a full-time drugs and alcohol creative recovery service based in Liverpool city centre.  Recovery Rises is its online magazine which is produced by service users and positioned as the social trading arm of Genie in the Gutter.

Goldfinger transform waste materials through upcycling using skilled artisans, who in return provide training to young members of the local community. These young members are then taken on as apprenticeships through local business connections.

With membership rapidly expanding across the UK, HQP partner hospices are: working together to drive down costs when buying goods and services; sharing data and information to improve the quality of care; and exploring joint ventures. Ultimately, they are making sure that money is spent where it should be; on patient and family care.

Mental Fight Club, based in Southwark are a creative force for inner and outer change. Their aim is to put on creative activities which encourage all who attend to explore their own imaginative potential to enhance their own sense of well-being and connectedness.

Off the Scale is a vintage clothing shop that opened in Birmingham in October 2015.  They will train and employ people with depression which will be achieved through a partnership with Bitha Pathways who provide work opportunities and experience for individuals affected by mental health issues, all upcycling of garments will be outsourced to them.

Papi’s Pickles is a family run social enterprise providing fresh and tasty South Indian and Sri Lankan food and pickles while working with unemployed women from these communities who live in the UK.

RubyMoon is ethically manufactured and made from cutting-edge sustainable materials.  Profits generated by RubyMoon are lent out as small loans, to empower women entrepreneurs in eleven nations.

Specialisterne provide employment opportunities for people with autism. They hope to develop their training programme in a bid to assist more people affected by autism secure work opportunities.
